We know that from failure comes success – from trying comes results.
Fail 99 times and succeed once – you’ve succeeded. It was failure that taught you how. You discovered 99 ways NOT to do something along the way. You probably learnt a few things those 99 times.
Unlock innovative potential.
Aliniant is privileged to be delegates to the O-RAN standards body (The O-RAN Alliance).
We’ve built a fully operational 5G opensource network sitting squarely in the middle of our office.
We know that from failure comes success – from trying comes results.

But… that not all that glitters is gold. To this end, there’s a few of our better ideas that never went ahead commercially that we still think there is merit in – that we’re happy to share. Take it, use it, make it great. Send us a postcard if you hit the jackpot – we’re trying to!
Seriously though – we do believe in the democratisation of information where possible. To that end, we publish some of the ideas we’ve come up with that we couldn’t continue with, but maybe others can benefit from. There’s no revolutionary ideas we’re putting out, but we’re happy to share ideas that we could never quite make fly. And hey – if you pick up on these and want to speak – we’d love to talk – Proverbs 27:17 “As Iron sharpens Iron, so one man sharpens another”.
Take a look at what we’ve shared. Give us a call if you want to know more.
We work with major MNOs on some of our concepts (AT&T, Vodafone, Three UK are notable examples) In O-RAN, we contributed to Working Group 1 Use Case Task Group and to the ROMA (RAN Orchestration and Lifecycle Management Automation), and RIA (RAN Intelligence and Automation) groups within the Telecom Infra Project some of our best ideas.
We did the bulk of the work within Working group 10 of O-RAN – the data model, where we contributed and co-signed work items based around topology exposure for RIC microservices, but more broadly to any data consumer on the production side of the OSS.
